Job Description

Hearst Digital Media is offering a paid editorial fellowship for recent graduates with a completed BA/BS. Fellows will assist with day-to-day editorial research, pitching story ideas, writing and reporting, and helping to manage our social media accounts. A lot of exciting things are happening at Redbookmag.com, and we need someone who can keep up with the fast pace of the internet. Fellow’s duties consist of, but are not limited to, writing and producing posts and galleries, research, syndicating other Hearst websites’ content, helping out on photo and video shoots, and generally assisting editors as needed. Interns must be available full time Monday through Friday starting in September.

Our hands-on fellowship is an amazing opportunity to show off and refine your digital and editorial chops while working closely with a fast-paced digital team. Editorial fellowships are for a limited duration, for a period up to six months. Interviews will be conducted over the phone and/or in our Midtown Manhattan office.

Hourly Rate/Salary: $11.00/hr
