Journalism Job

Media Organization: PERE

Company Description

First published in 2005 and with a readership now exceeding 35,000 professionals, PERE is the leading publication for the world’s private real estate markets. From the very beginning, we set out with a clear focus on tracking the relationship between investment managers and investors, and how their interaction drives equity capital into private real estate. We have always followed the evolution of this dynamic segment of the real estate investment business closely, and have championed its emergence as a sizeable asset class in its own right.
Drawing on regular dialogue with an ever-expanding group of key decision-makers in the industry, we cover core, core-plus, value-add and opportunistic real estate strategies for all types of property assets, all over the world. Our award-winning journalists work closely with our in-house researchers and analysts in London, New York and Hong Kong to deliver a unique blend of hard news, proprietary data, incisive commentary, detailed sector and regional reports and exclusive interviews in a wide variety of formats. When new funds close or key institutional investors change their capital allocations to private real estate, we’re there to tell the inside story.
PERE magazine appears 10 times a year and is written by the same team that delivers a rich mix of proprietary stories onto www.perenews.com every day. Our long-standing PERE awards, based on a unique industry poll, recognize those whose work gives shape and purpose to the sector. Our flagship industry rankings – the PERE50 and the Investor30 – are among the most eagerly anticipated league tables published by any media focused on the property sector.
PERE also hosts numerous editorially led industry events and conferences throughout the year, and we publish a series of best-selling real estate books, also under the PERE brand.
