Job Description

Dotdash’s editorial teams cover 11 of the fastest-growing brands in the digital space today. We rank in the top-15 digital publishers (ComScore, January 2019) and bring in almost 100 million unique visitors every month to our brands. Our premier finance brand, Investopdia, is looking for a passionate editorial intern who will work with the site’s content team to help create the best investing and financial educational content online. You will help build pages and stories within our CMS with speed and attention to detail, take part in great SEO practices, audit existing content and potentially pitch your own.

Investopedia helps investors understand financial concepts, improve investing skills, and learn how to manage their money. Investopedia reaches over 11 million people in the U.S. each month.

The Dotdash Summer Intern Program is from June 15th through August 21st, 40 hours a week with a competitive compensation rate. You will be based at Dotdash NYC Headquarters. The intern program consists of hands-on learning, opportunities to create work that has an impact on the business, along with workshops in preparing you for post-college life (resume / interviewing) plus, some fun events throughout the summer!

About Your Contributions

Assist in the updating and improvement of our existing library of educational articles
Help create new articles and content experiences, and do research and data discovery for our ongoing editorial projects
Copyediting and writing skills are a must, as is a passion and basic understanding for business news and investing topics
