TheNest.com, the go-to site for young couples, is looking for a fall-semester intern with a strong interest in online publishing. Your primary duties will be writing short articles about a variety of topics, building articles and slideshows in Site Core, and assisting in other general departmental projects. You will likely have additional opportunities to research, write, blog, and produce slideshows for our other brands (including WeddingChannel.com, TheBump.com, and TheKnot.com and could occasionally assist with The Nest magazine.

You need to be tech- and Internet-savvy, a strong writer, able to handle multiple tasks, reliable, very organized, and not afraid to ask questions. You should also be proficient in HTML , Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Reader. Knowledge of CMS is preferred and an interest in home decor, cooking, money, and/or real estate is helpful. Undergraduate emphasis in journalism, English, or communications is a plus but not required. A $20 daily stipend and class credit will be provided.
