Job Description

New York Family, a glossy monthly lifestyle magazine covering topics of interest to city parents, is currently looking for interns for the winter/spring 2011 semester. Interns will spend their time working on short and feature-length stories for the magazine, writing for our email newsletters and working on our website, newyorkfamily.com. This is an ideal internship for anyone interested in a career in magazine writing or editing, as it’s all about honing your craft. Our intern system that allows flexibility around scheduling (including the ability to do some work from home). We also offer a small monthly stipend.
