Job Description

Job Description:

Responsible for managing e-mail and eDOX communications to employees and retail financial professionals via Info Bulletins, Field Bulletins, Friday Snapshot, Weekly Wire, Management Wire and Hot Wire.
Write and edit communications on a wide range of topics, from technical product information, to executive letters, to earnings and ratings news.
Manage one senior communications specialist. Work with key contacts in the five operating areas, IT and Compliance.
Must be able to work quickly and efficiently to balance priorities and high volume of deliverables.

Job Requirements:

Five to seven years of experience in corporate communications, journalism, or publishing.
Excellent writing, editing skills and organization skills.
Superior proofreading skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of the financial services industry, its products and services, ideally AXA’s.
Excellent people and project management skills.
Consultative and negotiation skills.
Excellent judgment and maturity to handle confidential information.
Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and web-based databases, as well as aptitude to learn new software and web-based programs.
Ability to communicate effectively, with product managers, senior officers, compliance professionals, and other staff at all levels of the company.
Ability to handle several projects concurrently, often under deadline pressure.
English, Communications, Journalism, Business degree
