NEW00002349 — Wealth Management Reporter (Level 1 Journalist)
Overview:
Reuters seeks a veteran reporter familiar with the retail brokerage world to write two or three columns a week on the core business needs of financial advisers and other wealth managers. We are looking for a strong writer who can produce two to three weekly columns on Practice Management -- ranging from management techniques about how to cull client lists, plan for succession and buying cost-effective technology to personality features about interesting advisers. Prior reporting experience on beats such as practice management, business management or small business issues is helpful. Column writing experience preferred. The candidate should be able stretch to help other team members cover broader issues about the brokerage world and may be asked to participate in Reuters video presentations.
