Job Description

MensHealth.com, the world’s largest health and fitness web site for men, is seeking a Junior Video Producer to be part of its highly motivated and growing editorial team. Our ideal candidate will have a personal interest in health/fitness and the ability to shift gears quickly in a daily web-publishing environment. This position is based in our Emmaus, PA office.

Responsibilities include:
-Edits/shoots original digital video content for Men's Health.
-Creates original GFX and photo assets for digital video production in After Effects and Photoshop
-Works closely with the editors to brainstorm ideas for new videos
-Ability to work well with others in a collaborative, team environment
-Assists on video shoots; on set or on location, ensuring creative and technical requirements as well as following safety guidelines

Ideal candidate will possess:
-A bachelor's degree in video production or in journalism/communications
-Creative thinker with 2 years of video experience
-Strong knowledge of Final Cut Pro, After Effects and Photoshop
-Strong knowledge of Panasonic DVX and HVX
-Understanding of progressive & interlaced footage, video codecs and bit rates
