Online and in print, American Lawyer publishes tough, insightful reporting on the largest law firms in the U.S. and the world. Our coverage has won numerous Neal and American Society of Business Publication Editors (ASBPE) awards in recent years.
The American Lawyer magazine offers a summer internship for undergraduate students, graduate students, and recent graduates who are interested in business and legal journalism. The position is based in New York City, runs 10-12 weeks, and pays $400 per week.
Interns will receive a thorough introduction to daily Web and monthly magazine journalism. They will report and write stories for our industry-leading publications and Web sites, and will also fact-check the work of staff reporters.
