Company Description

Markets Media is a small (15-person) but growing financial publishing and conference company based in Lower Manhattan, NYC. We produce a bimonthly magazine and supplemental print publications, plus online news articles, and we host conferences in New York, Chicago and Toronto. Colleagues are a diverse bunch and the vibe is decidedly non-corporate and even fun (well, sometimes).

Job Description

The Markets Media Financial Writer position will entail covering the buy side (institutional asset managers primarily) or sell side (broker-dealers and exchanges primarily).

We're not about breaking news, scoops, or rewriting press releases. We are about cultivating relationships with sources, thoroughly understanding what they do and what's going on in the market, and being able to write about it with clarity, depth and authority.
