Journalism Internship

Media Organization: Ink Publishing—Hemispheres magazine

Company Description

Ink is an international media company that works with over three dozen airlines, produces media in 17 languages, and sells advertising in over 100 countries. Our New York office creates Go magazine for AirTran, Hemispheres magazine for United and EnViva, a Spanish language magazine for Viva Aerobus

Job Description

Are you a talented writer and meticulous researcher with a passion for travel? You might be interested in an internship at Hemispheres, the award-winning in-flight magazine for United and Continental airlines. Our New York City office is looking for one or two great fall interns to research story ideas, fact check stories, write front-of-book items and generally help out the editorial team. Although the position is unpaid and requires credit eligibility, interns will get lots of personal attention from editors—we have a small office—and bylined clips. We are looking for someone to work at least two days a week from mid-September until mid-December.

To Apply

If interested, please send resume, cover letter and three clips (published or unpublished) to jacqui@hemispheresmagazine.com
