Company Description

Privcap is a digital media company for participants in the private capital markets (private equity, hedge funds, etc.), located in downtown Manhattan. Our core offering is video interviews and panel discussions that are distributed through the Privcap.com Web site. We also produce a monthly digital magazine, issue briefs, and custom content.

Job Description

Editorial interns will be an integral part of the production and conception of our videos and digital editorial products. (This is a non-credit, paid internship.)

The tasks will range from video editing and production assistance to writing copy for our digital magazine and administrative duties. You will gain editorial experience and be part of a rapidly growing--and evolving--start-up business. You will also be part of our site re-launch and transition to a paid subscription model. You'll experience first hand the changing dynamics of the news business. The interns will have a flexible schedule and work both in our office and remotely.
