New Jersey Hills Media's 18 weekly newspapers and 15 online news sites cover more than 50 communities across Hunterdon, Somerset, Morris and Essex counties, chronicling local news, sports, cultural events and more.

Job Description

Smart, motivated self-starter sought to run community newspaper in Hunterdon County, N.J. Applicants should be strong writers, great proofreaders, have web management and at least some layout experience. Photography skills are a big plus. Most of all, we're looking for someone who is organized and enthusiastic about putting out great news, in print and online.

Specific skills/experience sought:
- Copyediting
- Municipal meeting coverage
- Quark, InDesign or similar pagination program
- Basic Photoshop
- CMS
