Job Description

The Real Deal magazine’s award-winning website, which provides the latest news on every corner of New York City real estate, is seeking a Web Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp eye for news; an innate talent for writing clean, effortless copy; an exceptional facility with tight deadlines; and a solid knowledge of WordPress, Photoshop and social media platforms.

The position mainly involves blogging for real estate professionals who rely on TheRealDeal.com as their main source for news—and visit the site nearly 1 million times per month. The Web Producer also works closely with the Web Editor, formatting photos and video, helping proofread the site, pitching in on social media accounts, and occasionally covering breaking news and other events.
