Company Description

China Business Network (www.yicai.com) is a business TV news channel with related newspaper, magazine, and web outlets, headquartered in Shanghai and belonging to the Shanghai Media Group (SMG), the second largest media agency in China.

Job Description

China Business Network, New York Bureau is looking for a full-time cameraman for the local office.

Responsibilities
1. Shoot and edit (Final Cut Pro) news packages. Workload is usually around three packages per week.
2. Some times to work with reporters on background research and pitching story ideas
3. Be willing to travel around the country for different news packages

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree with some experience in a newsroom
2. Fluency in both English and Chinese is highly preferred
3. Tech-savvy and have strong journalism skills (Final Cut Pro editing)
4. Outstanding communication skills
