It also has several satellite offices throughout the New York Metro area. Hagedorn publishes several weekly newspapers in the Bronx, Westchester, Manhattan and surrounding areas. A family-owned and operated publishing company, Hagedorn began publishing in 1947, and in 1954, started its still-circulating subscription publication, Real Estate Weekly.

Job Description

Venerable New York City commercial real estate trade publication is seeking a bright and ambitious reporter to produce crisp and concise news and feature stories for print and web publication.

Covering the nation's premier commercial real estate market, you should be able to aggressively pursue development and deal stories and their impact.

Experience on a newspaper or major in journalism from a top program is essential. Knowledge of editing, headline writing and pagination is a plus.

Compensation commensurate with experience and includes health benefits and 401(k) program.
