Job Description

Bustle Books seeks a fellow to work in-office at our New York HQ. The fellow will work closely with our books editor on daily features and news, but her primary responsibility will be to assist the editor with closely tracking each month’s new releases in both fiction and nonfiction, and writing the monthly preview feature.

To Apply

The ideal candidate will love books; be a quick, thorough reader; have a strong writing background and solid voice; be crazy-organized; and will not mind being buried in an avalanche of galleys, which happens frequently. This is an ideal position for a college senior or graduate student who has two days of availability per week (days flexible). You should also probably know what Bustle is, you know?

To apply, please send a résumé, cover letter with experience and availability, and three clips that best demonstrate your voice at the bottom of the letter. Did we mention you should include your availability?
