Hearst Connecticut Media is accepting applications for summer
internships at its four daily newspapers and five weekly newspapers in Fairfield County. This is a terrific opportunity to work hands-on with some of the best editors and mentors in the business -and to produce high-quality journalism for Hearst's print and online news outlets in the New York metro area.
The 10-week program, June 6 to August 12, is designed for ambitious, inquisitive, creative college students eager for a full-time newsroom experience as reporters, photographers or online producers. Interns will be placed in news, business, sports, features, photo and web production divisions.
Internships are unpaid and must be eligible for college credit.
Please send a resume and three writing samples to Erin Walsh at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than April 3. Winning applicants will be notified by April 15.
