DailyDapp is a media/technology company built with the goal of using the internet to channel content consumption into social participation. We believe in using technology to lower the barrier to entry for social participation in the legislative process. Some people call this "Slacktivism" and we embrace the term.

Job Description

DailyDapp is a newly founded media company with the goal of introducing technological concepts into mainstream political discussion. The company is centered around a mobile app that presents users with petitions aimed at their representative in the Congress. Swipe right to sign.

We intend to surround the app with a rich library of content including blogs, videos, podcasts, etc. and are currently looking to hire freelance writers from the NYU Journalism Program at the Graduate and Undergraduate level to help in that effort.

We pay on a per word basis and are happy to discuss rates if you are interested in the opportunity.
