The ideal candidate will be a self-proclaimed news junkie and will consume news in a variety of ways. They will be familiar with our programs across all of our news networks and will be extremely well versed in the latest breaking news stories. Some positions can include weekend availability, since many of our programs air on Saturdays and Sundays. We also have evening and early morning shifts available.
We look for students interested in hard news pertaining specifically to current events, politics, government affairs, and international stories. We are looking for ALL majors and backgrounds, but all candidates must have prior experience relating to news or journalism in some way.
