Job Description
We are looking for an undergraduate student who can share the office assistant internship with another student. The position, which is a maximum of 20 hours a week and pays $20 an hour, is not eligible for journalism internship credits. It entails assisting the communications unit with research related to the website, sending emails, writing blog articles, and general assistance as needed. It also requires preparing information for Board meetings, scanning and filing grant-related documents, monitoring entrance to the office for employees and visitors, tracking and ordering kitchen supplies, mailings, and general errands. Appropriate business casual dress is required.
Hours available: M:1-5, T: 9-5, W: 9-5, T: 9-1, F-9-5
