Job Description

The editor in charge of executing Pageant Media’s investor content strategy in the US will be filling a vital role for the company across our global brands HFM, REFI, Traditional Fund Intelligence, and PCFI.

Coverage of investors and their actions is the focal point of the firm’s editorial efforts and key to its future as the leading provider of valuable business intelligence tools for the global fund management industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong reporting background including experience building fruitful source networks, uncovering news ahead of rivals, and regularly delivering exclusive stories. Knowledge of institutional asset allocation strategies and alternative asset classes is also a big plus.

The role would suit an experienced financial reporter looking to transition to an editing role. They would be expected to be hungry for news and out in the field building and cultivating sources and overseeing the output of a team of reporters.

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role as one of the senior journalists helping to drive forward our successful asset management brands at an exciting time for the company’s growth.

The target audience for our content is asset raisers at asset management companies, institutional investors, investment consultants, and wealth intermediaries who need reliable information on the asset allocation strategies and investment decisions of investors around the world.
