The New York Times is seeking an inventive and motivated intern to join T Brand, the in-house creative agency in the advertising department at The New York Times. In this role, you will help brands make an impact through the multimedia storytelling power of The New York Times.

T Brand is the creative center of excellence and content studio of New York Times Advertising. Our team members include writers, editors, copywriters, creative directors, art directors, strategists, designers, video editors, photo editors, audio producers and more. Our award-winning work takes many forms, including branded content, social-media campaigns, podcasts ads, branded podcasts, newsroom sponsorships, white-label content and events. Our robust multimedia ecosystem makes a dynamic canvas for your most original and engaging creative ideas.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, creative environment.
A strong writer, editor and conceptual thinker, with the ability to turn complex ideas and concepts into effective stories.
A good collaborator, who works well with others and appreciates feedback.
A strong presenter, who knows how to sell their work to others.
Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
Experience with both short-form copywriting and long-form journalism.
Experienced with various stages of the creative process, with the ability to support the team from concept to execution across multiple projects.
Curious about culture and enjoy seeking inspiration from the New York Times.
