Job Description

Straight Arrows News (SAN) is a new unbiased, fact-based news startup and we’re looking for freelance multi-media journalists (MMJs) who can produce local news packages for our new local news unit -- called SAN Local, USA.

We’re looking for MMJs and Citizen Journalists who can shoot, write and edit 1-2 minute local stories for us 1-4 times a month. We pay $150 per story.

This is a great chance for graduate students and very experienced undergrads to build a reel and make a little money on the side.

We’re only looking for candidates who can shoot, write and edit their own stories.

I’m a veteran TV news documentary producer based in NYC, formerly with CBS/CNN, and I would be your point of contact.
