Position: Senior Editor, Technology

Location: Lower Manhattan, New York (In-Office Position)

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Craft and edit compelling, insightful stories about the latest technology trends and issues related to politics and society.
Oversee a segment of our editorial content, maintaining high standards and a fresh perspective.
Utilize strong social media and SEO skills to enhance the reach and impact of our content.
Collaborate with a dynamic team to brainstorm and execute innovative content strategies.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to an environment of continuous learning and excellence.
Qualifications:

At least 2-3 years of journalism experience, preferably in science and health.
A proven track record in writing/editing high-quality journalistic content.
Strong understanding and experience in social media and SEO best practices.
Ability to interpret and analyze technology trends and news effectively.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

Salary: $70,000, full time with benefits
Please note this is a full-time in-office position in our Manhattan office in the financial district.
