RGNN.org, a non-profit news agency promoting freedom of expression, is recruiting university contributors to write paid articles in the form of paid content packages. Types of articles we are looking for:

The stipend for new writers is 125 U.S. dollars for five articles, submitted within five weeks. All payments are made via PayPal upon publication of all articles. Contributors are responsable for any fees incurred on behalf of PayPal.
The Editor designated by ROOSTERGNN will assign the final list of topics, taking into account the pitches made by the writer and avoiding duplicate coverage of topics among contributors, without losing sight of the topics of interest for the news agency.

The Extravagant has an exciting opportunity for a remote Editorial Contributor, who is passionate about Luxury and Fashion. This position involves working with The Extravagant's Editors to create unique and engaging content relating to luxury lifestyle and fashion news. Whether you are interested in writing brief summaries of industry news, creative industry stories, attending and reporting on events, or interviewing well known figures, we are searching for writers with a story to tell. This position is on a volunteer basis only, though, there are many benefits to joining our team, you can gain valuable experience in Journalism & the Luxury Industry, promote yourself and your writing abilities to our readers, and also use your status as a "Contributor" to request product samples and attend high fashion & other luxury related events.
Responsibilities:
• Submit one relevant article for publishing per week.
• Gather and edit images for your article submissions.

• (Optional) Contact well known figures to inquire about interviewing them for a relevant article.

Preferred Qualities:
• Strong English writing skills, with a talent for writing attention grabbing titles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Portfolio of writing samples, experience writing for a luxury lifestyle or fashion publication is preferred, but not required.
To write summaries of featured oncology news from major meeting proceedings or oncology literature from scientific journals. To prepare these summaries, links to the primary and secondary sources will be provided. These summaries will be posted to an online site called JNCCN360. Some medical/scientific background helpful but not required.

We are looking for contributors to the New Women New Yorkers blog, which features interviews and portraits of immigrant women in NYC, profiles of neighborhoods throughout the city, event write-ups, personal essays, and short feature articles on a range of topics, from transgender issues for immigrant women to the IDNYC program for undocumented immigrants.

For new journalists looking to cover immigration issues or write about their personal experiences with immigration, our blog offers a supportive and careful editing process and we make it a point to maintain each writer's individual voice.
