Job Description

CBS News is seeking an intern for Radio News for fall 2012. CBS Radio is America’s news leader, serving radio stations with hourly newscasts, instant coverage of breaking stories, special reports, updates, features, customized reports and news feed material. Interests in broadcast journalism, especially radio, a must. Intern should have basic knowledge of computers and be self-starters. Intern should also have a fundamental concept of reporting and research. Juniors, seniors, and graduate students are eligible. Participants must have good computer skills, excellent written and oral communication abilities and knowledge of current events. A 3.0 GPA or above is recommended. This is an unpaid internship. The student is required to get college credit and must work at least 2 full weekdays.
