MainStreet.com, the personal finance/lifestyle site of TheStreet.com, is seeking a staff writer. In addition to having a love of the news, the ideal candidate should be able to come up with tight, punchy copy about a variety of subjects in the area of life and money. The position also calls for someone who is drawn to visual storytelling in the form of slideshows and who also understands the fine art of aggregation. It's a fast paced environment and we need someone who can turn stories around quickly. MainStreet.com is a rapidly growing site and our stories are picked up on a variety of major portals; as a result, this position comes with significant exposure.
