Job Description

Oversee Club Monaco Web Experience
• Manage all web partnership: EPSILON, CHANDELIER, MBS, VBP, POLO.COM
• Create, manage and maintain a calendar to insure a timely, efficient and creative process
• Organize monthly meetings with external partners, Visual team, Designers, and CEO
• Partner with VP of Store Experience and the Creative team in the developmental process of the website and emails
• Ensure the brand’s point of view online is consistent and reflects the store experience
• Write all content for the website
• Manage the trafficking of samples on a monthly basis
• Organize the monthly photo shoots including maintaining and oversee the shot count
• Manage the email process
• Liaise with the Creative team in the creation of the emails
• Attend all monthly sign-offs
• Create the email calendar
• Oversee the deployment of each email
• Oversee the Club Monaco culture club blog: write all content on submissions for them to be brand appropriate
Organize and Deploy all Branded Materials and Collateral
• Distribution to internal departments and external partners: Chandelier and International
• Partner with the Creative team on the execution of all materials/branded collateral
Skills and Requirements

Excellent English communication skills - verbal and written
Excellent time management/project skills
Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail

Keep the VP of Marketing and Communications abreast of important daily news alerts
Maintain an overall sense of efficiency, timeliness and highly organized processes
