SLAM Magazine is a monthly national basketball magazine published out of New York City.

Job Description

SLAM is looking for an online editorial intern to work two days a week out of our Manhattan office.

Must have WordPress experience, a love for basketball at all levels and a familiarity with SLAM Magazine/SLAMonline.com. Intern will mostly be working on online posts, including photo galleries, video galleries, news stories, the occasional feature/Q+A, etc. (Random office duties may also pop up.) Should be currently enrolled in a journalism, English, writing or media-related program. We're looking for a quick learner and someone who's enthusiastic about online journalism and breaking into the world of basketball media.
