Job Description

We are looking for talented recent graduates to join the Red Herring editorial team. The journalist will report and write feature stories on the tech industry in the US and abroad and cover the news on our national and international conferences that bring together some of the best entrepreneurs, tech companies and venture capitalists. Based in San Diego, CA this is a unique position that will allow you to cover the most trending topics in technology, discover and interview some of the coolest startups and provide you with the opportunity to travel to our Asian and European conferences. Stories will be featured on our website redherring.com as well as in our print magazine.

Experience Required:

-Demonstrated passion for technology and business.
-Graduate degree in journalism from top school.
-Excellent research and reporting skills.
-Hardworking, organized, and accustomed to working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
-Experience in online reporting a plus

The position is available starting June 3rd.
