WomansDay.com is the companion site to Woman's Day magazine, which is an indispensable resource to 20 million women. The brand speaks to our reader’s values and focuses on what’s important. We empower her with smart solutions for her core concerns—health, home, food, style and money, and celebrate the connection she cherishes with family, friends and community. Whether in-book, online, mobile or through social outlets, we provide inspiring insight and fresh ideas on how to get the most of everything.
Woman’s Day gives our loyal audience the actionable tools and relatable inspiration she needs to lead a vibrant, healthy and satisfying life.
WomansDay.com, the companion site to Woman’s Day Magazine, is looking for fabulous, detail-oriented editorial interns to write, research and more alongside our small staff this fall. Ideal candidates have blogged, interned at a website or magazine and/or worked on a college publication. They’re also talented writers and researchers with a genuine interest in women’s lifestyle topics. And they’re as excited to write blog posts and feature stories (which you’ll get to do) as they are to build stories in a CMS (which you’ll also get to do). You must be able to receive college credit and work at least 12 hours per week, though preference is given to students who can work 9:30 - 6. Interviews will be conducted the week of July 22nd in our Midtown Manhattan office. Sorry, but we won’t be conducting phone/Skype interviews. Deadline to apply: 7/22
Please submit a brief cover letter in the body of an email with a one-page resume attached to Marlisse Cepeda, email@example.com.
