Job Description

Metropolis is looking for part-time web editorial interns to assist with updating and producing content for our website focused on architecture and design. Our interns are responsible for a range of tasks including: website content management, updating, editing, researching, fact checking, proofreading, writing, debugging, and administrative duties.

Interns are included in staff planning meetings and will learn the process of online publishing. Interns may also attend industry and company events.

All candidates must have journalism and digital experience, strong writing and proofreading skills, an acute attention to detail, and an interest in design.

Writing opportunities increase with advanced demonstration of skill and work ethic. Interns must commit to an eight-week program, with a regular work schedule in our New York City office. Internships are unpaid, but working for college credit can be facilitated.
