Job Description

Rodale is currently accepting resumes for the 2013 Fall Internship Program. These paid internships are open to students eligible for academic credit or are enrolled as a full time student at an accredited college or university. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, previous intern experience and an interest in the chosen area of the business. Internships are based in the company's New York City locations.

We are seeking Editorial interns for our magazines, books and all custom content groups. An Editorial intern will support several editors and/or researchers in multiple tasks relating to preparing stories for publication. Interns may have the opportunity to conduct research, write for the magazine’s front-of-book sections and fact-check articles.

We are looking for an upbeat, enthusiastic team player who is highly organized and works well in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess: excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities. This person must have experience in Word and Excel; InDesign experience would be a plus.
