Job Description

• Cover breaking news and write short form, SEO optimized, news pieces (300-500 words, on average)
• Link pieces, when applicable, to relevant content from PYMNTS’ back catalogue
• Manage deliverables to a timely, consistent schedule, under tight deadlines

This is a great contract opportunity for a recent grad (Master's in journalism preferred) looking for a steady, flexible opportunity. This is a remote, early-evening position (east coast time), Mon-Thurs and Sunday.

Payments or financial services experience is a huge plus, but a top-notch generalist background – specifically, with the ability to dive deeply into new subject matter and grasp it thoroughly and quickly, is foundational.
