Job Description

Motto Pictures is seeking production interns for Fall 2020. Interns will have the opportunity to learn about the process of making documentaries through development, pre-production, production, post-production, and film distribution stages. Please note: as of now, the internship will be in a remote capacity--we will continue to monitor the situation to evaluate whether returning to the office is safe for interns.

Learning opportunities may include:
Transcribing interviews
Archival research and organization
Reviewing project submissions
Grants & funding research
Minor editing tasks
Social media
Assisting with the daily organizational tasks of a production company.

Qualifications:
We are looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals who are interested and motivated to learn the ins and outs of the documentary industry. As a small production company, we look for people who are team players and hard workers. Experience in Microsoft Office and social media platforms are required. Experience in Final Cut, Avid, Adobe Premiere and other editing software is a plus, although not required.

There is a $25/day stipend so international students will need to attain CPT.
