Job Description

We’re looking for a freelance content writer to help us communicate with our customers and grow our audience.

We’re just getting started so this will be an opportunity to help us build our brand and develop our voice from the ground up. You'll work directly with the Head of Growth to define and implement our content strategy.

What you'll do:

- Content. Write, produce, and edit engaging content including product documentation, email campaigns, landing pages, blog posts, social media posts, case studies, and video scripts
- Brand. Ensure all branded content across web, email, social is consistent
- Performance. Monitor content performance across channels and implement SEO best practices

Experience

- Communication. You're excellent at communicating with past experience as a journalist, copywriter, or content marketer preferred
- Storytelling. You have a portfolio that highlights your content and voice, bonus points for technical focused writing.
- Editor. You have an eye for editing with a preference for simple and direct language.
