Our key advantage in developing winning legal strategies is continual collaboration with premium attorneys located across the United States, which allows our staff and clients the mutual-benefit of identifying the latest trends in USCIS adjudication, a fundamentally important component of navigating the United States’ ever-evolving immigration system.
We tailor our services to meet the specific needs of our clientele, adapting strategy, formatting, and tone to meet attorney expectations as if employed in-house. Alternatively, our paralegals are capable of operating with near-complete independence, reaching out only to confirm potentially divisive aspects of legal strategies.
Bartylla Paralegal Services LLC is seeking a remote writer to aid in the preparation of visa submissions for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.
The vast majority of drafting time will be spent developing arguments to allow individuals from a wide range of fields to work in the United States, including artists, scientists, and entrepreneurs.
Prior experience in immigration legal writing is not necessary. However, candidates must display an aptitude for critical thinking, argumentative writing, and the ability to alter tone for varied audiences. Strong attention to detail and ability to hit hard deadlines consistently are base requirements.
Compensation will be provided on a case-by-case basis according to specific visa type requirements and will be openly discussed during the interview process.
If interested, please email a cover letter, resume, and argumentative writing sample for review to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that the writing sample may be focused on any number of subjects and is not limited to immigration, politics, etc.
Application review followed by a video interview.
