Job Description

Bartylla Paralegal Services LLC is seeking a remote writer to aid in the preparation of visa submissions for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.

The vast majority of drafting time will be spent developing arguments to allow individuals from a wide range of fields to work in the United States, including artists, scientists, and entrepreneurs.

Prior experience in immigration legal writing is not necessary. However, candidates must display an aptitude for critical thinking, argumentative writing, and the ability to alter tone for varied audiences. Strong attention to detail and ability to hit hard deadlines consistently are base requirements.

Compensation will be provided on a case-by-case basis according to specific visa type requirements and will be openly discussed during the interview process.
