Esquire Print Editorial Full-Time Internship (Paid)

Esquire is looking for a Print Editorial Intern to start work immediately in our New York office. Deadline for applications is September 23rd. You must be able to commit full-time for the full internship cycle.

Esquire interns work closely with our staff and gain direct reporting and editorial experience while working five days a week in the magazine's fast-paced offices. The job is research-intensive. Independent initiative and the ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines are required. Fetching coffee for the boss is not. The print internship is full-time (10 a.m – 6 p.m.) and pays $9/hour, with no overtime or participation in Hearst benefits.

Who we're looking for: Candidates must have completed their third year of college. Most former interns have had some experience in journalism before applying, but we encourage all students and recent graduates with a serious interest in magazines and a desire to learn to apply. We care more about your ambition and skill than your field of study.

Please note that we cannot consider non-U.S. citizens for any of these positions, without exception.

Fall: October 3– December 31

Start date is flexible within a week time frame. Location is our editorial office in New York.
